The mission of the Weiss Law Firm is to help people in the business community resolve disputes. Based on over 36 years of experience as a civil trial lawyer in Houston, T. F. (“Ted”) Weiss, the founder and principal of the Firm, uses negotiation, mediation, arbitration, and litigation as tools to help clients solve disputes effectively and efficiently. In addition to his work as a litigator, Weiss serves as a mediator and arbitrator when other lawyers and their clients request his assistance.
