Ted Weiss, WLF’s principal, welcomes assignments as a commercial arbitrator, serving either alone or on a panel. Based on more than thirty-nine years of law practice, Weiss brings a wealth of experience as an advocate in both arbitration and litigation. His goal as an arbitrator is to achieve the purposes of arbitration as an alternative to litigation – to streamline the decision-making process while affording the parties a fair opportunity to present their cases. He dedicates himself to achieving a just outcome of the controversy as efficiently as possible.
